In Regards to Shipping: Orders may take up to two weeks to ship out. Apparel is made-to-order and can have minor quality discrepancies with each product. If you have any issues with your orders please use the Contact Form.

•All orders within the USA will be shipped through USPS First Class Package and come with tracking, unless the order weighs more than one pound (apparel), in which the order will automatically be shipped with Priority Mail. Orders under 1lb outside of the USA will be shipped with USPS First Class International and will come with tracking. Apparel will cost more to ship, which will be reflected in the final shipping cost.

• Damaged in Transit: Please file a claim with USPS regarding damaged products within the week it was delivered. Email me with images proving that the product was damaged. After the report has been processed, I will send out replacement products of the items that were damaged. Please note that some items may be on back order and may take time to restock.

• Lost in Transit: Please file a claim with USPS regarding the lost product. I will always provide tracking with your products (This applies only to large orders or any of the Mecha x Drift series. If your order is mailed out via standard #10 envelope, tracking may not be available), so I will know if it has been delivered. You must contact me and USPS within the week the item was supposed to be delivered. Once the report has been processed, I will send out replacements. However, if I have reasonable doubt that you are taking advantage of my policy, I may refuse to send you replacements.

在途中丟失: 馬上跟USPS連同加上寄給我電字信.如果買的貼紙是"Mecha x Drift"機器龍或大訂單,我會提供追踪信息.如果是另外的"Mecha x Drift"類或小的訂單,我用普通的十號信封,所以沒有追踪信息.

• Returns: Are not accepted after the item has shipped. The only exception is if the item packed in the order is incorrect.

• Accidentally Ruined: For stickers, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to apply them correctly to their desired surface. I will not offer replacements. For other items, it  depends on how badly it is damaged :)
